Hi, my name is Michal Chojecki. I am a visual artist and founder of the Oficyna Peryferie. This studio is a combination of my two passions – publishing art and education.
The story of Oficyna starts with the words I heard from a profesional bookbinder many years ago – “Boy, it’s too difficult for you.” I did not give up and began to make my own books and zines.
Today Oficyna is well functioning independent publishing house, producing original prints, art books and zines. We run the most popular bookmaking and printing workshops and our mission convince that PUBLISHING IS AN ART FOR YOU.
